A fixed permanent bridge replaces one or more teeth by permanently attaching crowns to natural teeth, tooth roots or dental implants for support. Since it is permanent it cannot be removed by the patient. These types of partial dentures are more expensive but are also more stable. This type of denture is long lasting when properly taken care of and when properly fitted.
