India Bonds Higher But 10-Yr Bond Gives Up Gains

The 6.35% 2020 bond, which was the most heavily traded term papers, rose sharply to end at INR96.70, compared with INR95.65 in the earlier session. The spread between the two bonds has narrowed significantly as dealers buy the 2020 bond attracted by its higher yield for a comparable maturity.
